Territorio

The production site of SOLANA S.p.A. is in the province of Lodi within the Adda Sud Regional Park on the border with the provinces of Cremona and Piacenza, in an optimal position for the processing of industrial tomatoes.

The conventional tomato is grown according to the integrated production regulations and comes from the Po Valley. The average distance from the production site is about 60 km and the transformation takes place within 24 hours from the time of harvesting.

The processed organic tomato also comes from the same cultivation area, it is produced by certified farmers who comply with the legal requirements in cultivation.

The conventional pumpkin supply chain is made up of selected farmers who follow the regional regulations in their cultivation.

The average distance from the cultivation fields to the processing site is about 30 km. A fair amount of organic pumpkin is also processed every year, grown by certified farmers.

The full traceability from seed to finished product is guaranteed.
