Extruded tomato pulp in tomato puree prepared from the processing of fresh, sound and ripe tomatoes. The product is obtained by extrusion carried out with a pulper machine with an 8 mm sieve and mixed with fresh tomato puree to obtain a final brix degree of 6.5-7.5%.
It is an ideal ingredient for the production of pizza, sauces and condiments.
