Hot-break tomato puree made from fresh, healthy, and ripe tomatoes. It is produced by concentrating the juice obtained after washing and crushing the fruit, followed by refining the raw juice to separate out the seeds, skins, and any other coarse or hard parts.

This classic puree is an ideal ingredient for making pizza, sauces, and condiments.
The product can be packaged for industrial use in drums, or for the food service sector in 5-kg flexible bags under the Solana® and Parmasole® brands, or under a private label.
