The diced tomato is obtained from appropriately selected and calibrated raw materials. They are available in different types, with cuts ranging from 10 x 10 up to 19x19 mm, formulated with Hot Break or Cold Break sauce with the possible addition of other required ingredients.

They are an ideal ingredient for the production of sauces and condiments.
