Pizza Sauce

From 10-12 to 12-14°Bx

Hot-break tomato puree made from fresh, healthy, and mature tomatoes. It is produced by concentrating the juice obtained after washing and crushing the fruit, and by refining the raw juice through a 2.5–4.0 mm sieve to retain some of the skins and seeds in the product.

• Upon request, oil and other ingredients (basil, oregano, pepper, garlic, onion, etc.) can be added.

It is an ideal ingredient for making pizza and sauces.
