Solanino Puree

From 8–10 to 10–12°Bx

 

SOLANINO is a cherry tomato variety exclusively owned by SOLANA SpA, selected in 2012 in collaboration with a seed partner and the Parco Tecnologico Padano (PTP Science Park).

This variety was selected  based on the following parameters:

  • high sugar content → (fructose and glucose)
  • high glutamic acid content (amino acid) → umami
  • rich in volatile organic compounds → (polyphenols)

It is obtained by concentrating the juice extracted after washing and crushing the fruit and refining the raw juice, thereby separating the seeds, skins, and any other coarse or hard parts.

 

SOLANINO puree is a premium ingredient for the production of pizza, sauces, and other condiments, ideal for adding a touch of natural sweetness and flavor to your dishes.

 

The product can be packaged for industrial use in drums or for the food service sector in 5-kg flexible bags under the Dolce per Natura® brand.
