Solanino Puree

SOLANINO is a variety of cherry tomato exclusively owned by SOLANA S.p.A.

Selected in 2012 together with the Partner Sementiero & Parco Tecnologico Padano (PTP Science Park).

SOLANINO tomato puree obtained from the vacuum concentration of fresh and ripe cherry tomatoes.

Available in references 8/10 °Bx and 10/12°Bx.

Variety selected by SOLANA based on the following parameters:

• High content of sugars → (fructose and glucose)
• High content of glutamic acid (amino acid) → umami
• Rich in volatile organic compounds → (polyphenols)
