Squash puree prepared from the processing of fresh, healthy and ripe squash (Cucurbita moschata).

The product is obtained by blanching and refining the squash with a sieve (0.6 or 0.8 mm) until a velvety puree is obtained, which is then partially evaporated to the desired brix and subsequently sterilized
