Tomato paste

From 18/20°Bx to 24/26°Bx

Hot Break (or Cold Break) tomato paste made from fresh, sound and ripe tomatoes. Produced from the concentration of tomato juice extracted with a sieve of variable sizes – from 0.6-1.2 mm – (depending on the customer's requests) to separate seeds and skins.

It is an ideal ingredient for the production of pizza, sauces and ketchup.
