Tomato Semiconcentrate

From 12/14°Bx to 16/18°Bx

Hot break tomato paste made with fresh, sound and ripe tomatoes. The juice obtained with a 0.6-1.2 mm sieve, in order to separate seeds and skins, is concentrated in an evaporator to the desired brix.

It is an ideal ingredient for the production of pizza, sauces and ketchup.
