This product is obtained by passing the tomato pulp through a sieve, which is normally 12 mm, followed by draining and adding tomato puree.
On request, it is possible to have an 8- or 10-mm pulp.
The fine pulp is an ideal product for the preparation of sauces and pizzas and other condiments.
The use of pulps and diced as ingredients in the recipes gives a note of fresh tomato to the food preparations obtained.
